Snohomish Update
This Snohomish home is one we’ve worked on over the years, one project per year. The clients are very knowledgeable on ideas they want, and we help to guide, advise, and execute their ideas. We have redone the paint, kitchen, quest bathroom, wood floors and fireplace in this sweet home.
The tiny powder room was completely re-done. Client selected the sink, mirror and accessories. We installed a travertine tile on the bias to add a little interested to the very small space. A new pocket door and a pretty light green paint make this powder room subtle but cheery.
We added a new stacked ledger stone and mantle on the fireplace, and painted the fireplace inset Devine Lario, to add some contrast to the Devine Ginseng walls.
We kept the original 1990’s cabinets in the kitchen and painted them Devine Lino, since they were in good shape and the clients liked the layout. We installed classic subway tile in Urban Putty, topped in a pencil tile, and an LG quartz countertop, color Intermezzo.
Original hardwoods were sanded and re stained in a dark Walnut color to add warmth, and some contrast to the rest of the kitchen. We painted Devine Ginseng on the kitchen walls for a warm feel.
In the living room we painted Devine Ginger for a warm pop of color to play off their beautiful furnishings, artwork and accessories.
